Yoga On the water
Get off the mat and get on board! This class is designed for those that want to paddle and do yoga. We will start off on the land with paddling instruction before we paddle off to our water studio on the Ottawa or Mississippi River where we will anchor for a nature-inspired yoga class and finish with a paddle back. 1.5 hours

No paddles needed, classes are anchored off the dock. 1 hour
(15 minutes extra added to account for the time it takes to get on an off the dock.)
